Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is not served well by being on here. It is first and foremost a satire: every time nudity appears onscreen, it is ridiculously censored and/or has all the characters point out how that was stereotypical and gratuitous.
Meanwhile, Negima isn’t on here, nor are the aforementioned Eiken or Rosario+Vampire. Also, these are both too new to be mentioned on here, but Chu-Bra!! and Seikon no Qwasar deserve mentions for ridiculousness.

I’m surprised you didn’t mention Rosario + Vampire. That’s a personal favorite of mine. Shuffle was awesome as well. Even being a harem series, Rin isn’t “Generic Harem Male character #3,072″ but actually knows what the hell to do with females.

For this selection if you want heavy ecchi, ikkitousen is the show for you, if you want intence amazing storyline with some ecchi then I HIGHLY reccomend shuffle! That show was awesome… That one I’m keepin in my memory bank for good!

Nice list. Since have watched only To Love Ru and Amaenaideyo, I don’t know about the other Anime listed here. So I guess its time to check them.
