    J-mat or Wii Fit? +

Jackie Chan released a workout mat 2 years before we learned of the Wii Fit. His mat featured 4 horizontal buttons which registered foot movements. It was almost like a less complicated version of Dance Dance Revolution. Here’s a video of Jackie Chan’s J-Mat in action. Source Kotaku

The J-Mat certainly looks alot less breakable :) I’m still in two minds about Wii-fit actually!

Xavix/Jackie Chan J-Mat was first & in my experience, best!
I like working out with Jackie encouraging me on. The mat actually folds in for easy storage & its lightweight too. I dont think the Wii fit counts or tracks calories burned. I looked at it online & it says nothing about it.. I only read it calls you fat! Nice.
