I remember watching the race, and I thought that he was pretty good. I didn’t knew he used that game to prepare for the Olympics. Seems to have worked very well =).. I watched the video preview on Amazon and it looked really fun =). I think I must try it out.. =)

This is nice to hear , video games have undergone a massive evolution since the early days of NES and Sega Genesis.

I use to remember the days when my parents would keep scolding me when I play video games saying that it’s an unhealthy habit and that I should get more exercise.

Now with these new motion dependent technology integrated into the system video games in now considered more and more as an exercise tool which is a good healthy shift of direction.
