A real sushi wedding cake +

    A real sushi cake

Good enough to eat? We have all seen cakes that look like sushi. However, this wedding cake is a bit different. It’s actually made of real sushi ingredients!

This wedding cake was made for Jef and Jin Yoon who seems to really love sushi. So a friend made this cake for their reception. The couple did have a real flour wedding cake. The cake was made with avacado, wasabi, edamame, salmon, tuna, egg, shrimp, and roe. Whats even cooler is that the person who made it has published full instructions on how to make your own! Check out her sushi wedding cake directions.

I read the title and thought “YUM!” but it doesn’t look too appetising. Too much a good thing I think.

The larger version with a darker background does look a lot tastier.

I just thought… you could hide some serious amounts of wasabi in that cake. That’d be fun to watch as people dig in ;D
