1. What was your first Halloween costume?
i think my first halloween costume… that i remember anyways… was the costume that michael jackson wore in the video thriller… you remember the one.

2. What was your best costume and why?
my best costume… was maybe when i was like in 4th grade, and lived in cuba. i dressed up like michaelangelo from the ninja turtles. i had been wanting that costume for ages because it was a full makeup mask that required you putting on the big cheeks like the ninja turtles, and with makeup, it looked as if it was really part of your skin. my mom went through alot putting all that green stuff on my face, but it was worth it!

3. Did you ever play a trick on someone who didn’t give you a treat?
nope, was never into the trick part of halloween. i was in it for the candy!

4. Do you have any Halloween traditions? (ie: Family pumpkin carving, special dinner before trick or treating, etc.)
my family is never in the holiday spirt. we do nothing special for halloween or christmas (besides gifts). my mom and her bf always go to church that night, but the rest of us stay @ home. for thanksgiving, we do the turkey thing… that is if we’re at home. last thanksgiving, i spent it by myself *sigh*.

5. Share your favorite scary story…real or legend!
hmm, scary store or legend. well in 3rd grade, i had this really old teacher. looking back on it, i think she may have been going into denial. but she used to tell us stories of ghosts living in her home. she used to live in england, and told of this family that became poor, and was without electicity for xmas. previously someone had died in their house. so that christmas, on thier TV, a face of a lady showed up. and it was impossible because they had no electricity. the newspaper came and took photos of the TV, and the published it in a newspaper. she brought in the yellow, faded, dated newspaper article for us to see. and still even today, the memory of that lady brings chills.
