glowsticks illegal @ raves

oo, finally finished this new layout. and for once, it’s not blue. it turned out exactly how i pictured it in my head which is rare. oh well, i dunno if i will be on much today. we have family coming tonight, so my mom and i are cleaning up the house a little bit. while i was putting up the news banner on this layout, an article captured my attention. seems that the reducing americans’ vulnerability to ecstasy act of 2002 is about to become law. what does that mean? for those of us that love raves, that act will put into law that bottled water, glow sticks, and chill out rooms are to be considered drug paraphernalia. no i’m not kidding! this is so much BS. read the article here.
