October 4th update: Hey everyone, it seems that the company who made the Guitar Hero 3 game has deleted it from their servers. They originally made it for Activision, but it seems that either their contract for hosting the game was only 6 months and has expired, or it is temporarily down. I have left the code in just in case it is a temporary problem, but I have found a very fun alternative called Guitar Master. Click “Play” above to try it out!

Would guitar Hero really be guitar Hero without the guitar?
I think the fact that the guitar really does not work for left-handed players.This should be an extremely simple engineering fix, but the whammy bar is next to impossible for left-handed players to use properly.
I like the game, but hardware manufacturers should take note.

I think you have to enter your license key which is located in the manual comes with the DVD.
you don’t need to if your using a xbox live account for this but unfortunately the online function of GH3 doesn’t work well. It’s quite broken actually, I can connect but can not play any song just yet.
