no more internet radio!?!

the goverment is about to pass a law on may 21st that will make internet radio stations pay 0.14 cents per listener per song just to stay in business! that is crazy. can you imagine the regular radio stations having to pay that much money just for you to listen to a song in your car? the mpaa is trying to kill internet radio again. they can never leave things alone. today all internet radio stations (the popular ones) have either gone silent, or are playing news all day today in protest. my favorite breakbeat station is playing an all day sonar. check it out. read more about this story @ this site, and goto CARP Fax to sign a petition that will be delivered to your states congress person. thanks!
