Do you grow your own cucumbers? Know someone that does? Here’s a pretty cool device that will allow them to grow perfectly shaped heart cucumbers for use in salads, sushi, or anywhere.
How it works is that when the cucumber is still tiny, the heart shaped mold is attached to it only allowing it to grow in a heart shape. The vegetable’s tough skin is perfectly suited to this type of modification. I’m sure you could make a good deal from growing specifically shaped vegetables to sell to restaurants!
